Also, just to say, there are several things I intend to reply to, but they're all in tabs on my laptop, and my power supply is broken. New one should be arriving soon, and in the meantime, I'll try to remember what I was going to comment on!

OH MY GOD YOU GUYS!

Yes... I now live in London. Fabulous, huh?

sashavangenius and myself are hanging out in Tottenham for the summer, and our flat is actually... pretty decent! We have a garden and everything! Psych!
Exams went ok, as far as I could tell, we'll see when I get my results in a couple of weeks...
Sorry I've been so lame about keeping in touch, life sort of caught up with me a bit... people who are owed emails will get them soon!

Graduation tickets arrived this morning. Eep. Have to order a gown and stuffs.
Last courseworks are in this week, exams mid-to-end of May.
BY JUNE I WILL BE A FREE WOMAN.
And what am I going to do? Well... good question. I'm applying for jobs and things, in London. I've applied for one that's so super-perfect that I can hardly think about anything else... you know when you just know that you would rock at something?
Hope I at least get an interview.

Oh God, I wish I were living there already, with a flat and a job and a clue... this is the first time in my life that I've had absolutely no idea what would happen in the immediate future, like, the next couple of months. It's sort of an exciting feeling. Also scary.
On a side note, ZOMG, how much do I love Donna Noble? Catherine Tate is impressing me no end.
What is also impressing me is this gorgeous weather we've been having - shame I have too much work to do to properly enjoy it, but it's nice to know it's there!

Busy, busy...
Everything seems to be happening at once lately. It's all a bit much.
The main news is, I'm off to Russia again next weekend, for a month. But I've been reliably informed that the internet access out there has improved somewhat since my last stint, so I should still be able to email and what-not every few days. And it is only a month. Just under, in fact.
Real Life is... a bit stressy. Having a bit of a bad week, as deadlines make me cranky. But hopefully in the next few days I can get lots of coursework handed in and perk up a bit before I get to Kitezh.
No money, no time, no energy, as usual...
What else, what else?
Oh, oddly, while the rest of my life is coming crashing down around my ears, my writing is going rather well all of a sudden. Revelatory conversations with

penguin2 and

sashavangenius have led to my doing what I should have done a long time ago and scrapping a large portion of my novel, quite a bit of which was already written, but bizarrely this has left me feeling very optimistic and psyched about the whole thing. Productivity is up.
Things that are keeping me sane at the moment: Big Finish Audio, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Elizabeth Barrett Browning, 69p bonbons from the corner shop, nice housemates, garishly-coloured cat-shaped beads that remind me of the Sixth Doctor, the apparent arrival of spring, Victoria Wood's Dinnerladies, making lists, counting the days until graduation.
People I am hero-worshipping lately: Colin Baker, Celia Imrie, Stephen Fry, Pauline Collins, Maggie Stables, Ruthie Henshall, Nicola Bryant, Steven Moffat, Julie Andrews
Things I need to do: Finish all coursework, pack stuff for Russia, go to Russia, enjoy, come back, sort out horrifying finances, pass exams, graduate, SOMEHOW GET CAREER

My God, when is the last time I wrote in this thing?
Yes, I am very busy. That seems to be what all of my LJ entries say now, but it's true!
Today I handed in my final coursework for this semester (I've handed in four courseworks this week - two essays and two translations), and did my second of seven exams. Tomorrow

sashavangenius and I are off to London for a couple of days between exams to relax a bit, see a couple of shows, and meet up with

ladyvivien, yays!
I've hardly been on LJ lately to be honest. I just don't seem to have the time for anything. But I will have plenty of time next week because I have nothing to do except take exams which I will almost certainly not revise for. So,

penguin2, I will email you about that thing in more detail, like I said I would last week! Anyone else I should have emailed about stuff, keep nudging me! Next week is the time!
Next week is also the time that I may be able to actually read some of the lovely books I got for Christmas, hooray! And tidy my room. It looks like the site of some terrible natural disaster. And work on the website. I'm averaging 3000 hits a day now! And just try and relax a bit. Phew.

As usual I am being rubbish and I haven't read my flist properly in a while. I'm just so busy that I barely have time to eat and sleep, let alone keep up with what's going on here!

penguin2, I'm very excited about your stuff, but I'm going to have to give it a couple of weeks before I can give it my attention because of all of this DAMN COURSEWORK.
Everyone else, hope you're doing ok and having a nice month and looking forward to Christmas if applicable!
What I really wanted to mention was that I'm thinking of getting a gang together to go and see The Tennant in Hamlet next year, and I was wondering if anyone wants to come with? I'm thinking August at the moment, but it's open for negotiation! Let me know!
