So this weekend I accidentally a vid? I've been wanting to vid Bunheads since we watched it all over a few days a couple of months ago, and I'd had this song in mind almost from the start. Lately I've been engaged in a slow and steady clipping process for a couple of quite big and involved vids, and on Friday night I suddenly had an urge to just vid something really quickly and get it out there without thinking about it too hard, and this seemed to fit the bill! So here it is, in its unbeta-ed glory.

Awwwwwwww this is LOVELY <3333 I can't believe you made it in a weekend! I love the idea of the studio as 'home' for the three generations of women, and as a space they can all interact and bond and form a community - and you show all of that beautifully here.

YOU VIDDED BUNHEADS! Aww this is so, so lovely! I love the idea of the studio and dance as a home, and the root of all these different intergenerational relationships. I love how you show them all dancing, teaching, learning, connecting, finding solace in dance and their community--it's so great! Your editing of the dancing with the music is so smooth. (Uuuuugh their faces this stupid show why did we not get more whyyyy. I would so cheerfully exchange at least 2 seasons of Gilmore Girls for more Bunheads sorrynotsorry. /o\)

It's so lovelyyyy, the song is so gorgeous, and every time you looped round to the chorus about 'this is my home' and them in the studio I just wanted to cry and claw things.

Also Sasha getting the 'do you feel safe' repeat uuugh.

Also Chaila said this already but you vidded the dancing really beautifully, I loved the timing of the light moving and Michelle's head dropping at the beginning. Also all the sequences of group movement, partic the ballet, was lovely, the timing and editing was great.

Uh, also when Fanny came into the dance studio when they'd put together the recital for her. </3 (OK Imma watch it once more then I better go to bed. Also this may show up in my Spotify feed tomorrow. ;))
