Oi oi oi...
I'm sorry I've not been online much, it's a combination of being very busy and having sporadic internet access thanks to the dumb computer man who doesn't show up to open the room...
I've skimmed my flist but I'm afraid I don't have time to read fic at the moment, so I'll be trying like mad to catch up when I finally get online in my room.
I've been a bit grumpy this week what with one thing and another, but I think the world is trying to cheer me up - first I saw that CatDog bench, then I saw a bus that said K9 on it, then I heard Call Me Al, which always makes me laugh because of penguin2. Ooh, and today I found a copy of Mrs Henderson Presents! I have been kind of missing it so that's nice.
And I went to the Bread Museum today!!!! sashavangenius and Charlie came with me. They didn't seem too impressed, but it was pretty funny. I took photos and I filmed a bit so soon you'll get the whole story over on frw_love.
Oh, the other thing that made me grumpy was that Lucie, Esme and Martha all got post on Thursday and I didn't. *pout*. I know I can keep in touch perfectly well over the internet, but I did get a bit jealous when they were all opening things. Plus Charlie has just found out that her parents are coming out soon, so pretty much everyone I know is having family come to stay except me.
Oh well. It could be worse. I'm still having a pretty wicked time when all's said and done!
I'm going to email some people in a bit, but in case I don't get around to everyone, I hope everyone has a lovely weekend and I wish you all success in whatever you're up to at the moment!

I love the text messages! It still seems strange to me to be SMSing with Russia. For some reason, it's like there ought to be a stable wormhole between here and there, even though messages to and from the Yuk travel by normal third-rock-from-thingy methods :P

Aaaww, it's ok, don't worry about it. I was having a grumpy day anyway so it really wasn't your fault, and you've got every right to be excited! I don't really mind that nobody's visiting me, just every now and then it makes me a bit down. I am pleased for you really!
