I dreamed that I was in a school production of Rent, but it looked like Cats, and people kept talking about it like it was Into The Woods.
sashavangenius was in the audience. I was supposed to go and stay at her house after the show was finished.
The show started out well, although my part seemed to be just sitting on the edge of the stage the whole time, not really doing anything. Then people in the audience kept getting bored and wandering around and talking, and saying how it was much too long and it was a stupid idea to do it for a school show.
Then the show just stopped entirely, and sashavangenius came over to talk to me, and I was torn about whether or not to just run off, because I didn't have to do anything anyway. It was getting really late, so in the end I did go, and we had to go to a creepy train station to get to her house, and then we were sitting talking to her parents. Oh, and I was a bit scared of them because she'd told them that I had really lovely manners, and as soon as we got in her mum went: "Well, let's see these lovely manners of yours then." I was really thrown off and I didn't know what to do, so I just said hello as politely as I could, then Sash went to put her stuff in her room or something, and I was left with her parents, and I was so nervous that I just kept babbling about how great my table manners were and how I knew how to use all the different forks...
And then I made what seemed in the dream like a really huge faux pas - I mentioned something about psychology. Sash's mum and stepdad are both psychologists of some sort, and in the dream I was mortified that I'd brought it up because I was worried they'd think I was trying to make out that I knew more about psychology than them... So then I was just backpedalling and trying to explain that I hadn't meant to offend them...
Then I woke up. But yeah, weird.

No, for your information, I have not.
I did have rather a lot of sweets earlier in the evening... and I'd already woken up once and gone back to sleep, and my dreams are always weirder then...
