Hmm... well, I've seen Narnia... but then that means that I know I like it, and Underworld Evolution is an unknown quantity...

This is the problem with me - I genuinely don't mind. When I have opinions I'll let people know, but most of the time I actually don't, and people think I'm just being polite when really I don't care. :P
But yeah, dinner sounds like fun. I guess before or after would depend on what time showing we go to.

Well, Narnia's only showing in town is at 12:15 tomorrow, which is no use at all. Underworld is showing at 8.20 and 10:45. Narnia is on at the Showcase at 8 and 11, but that's nowhere near any restaurants. Unless we eat in Beeston and then head to the cinema. I dunno. Let's just waffle about it some more! :D

It's by the bowling alley and the nightclubs (Isis?) I think, past the flyover at Dunkirk. Which would mean coping with the drunkards of the university. Although, town has those in eual measure.

I have a Cornerhouse card that gives me a discount in most of the restaurants there, including TGI Fridays, Wagamama, Saltwater, Pizza Hut, Bella Italia and Santa Fe...
Dunno what most of those are like...

Wagamama's interesting- Japanese fusion food, noodles and stuff like that. Santa Fe I think is a Mexican. TGI Friday's is American diner food. Salthouse is a bar, I believe, but an extremely good bar apparently. How's about we just meet up downstairs and have a wander round 'til we see something we like?

It's now quarter to six, dawn is breaking over Melbourne (it's the sort-of equivalent of mid-August here), patches of lambent pale-blue sky are peeping through the cloud cover in the east, and I'm still awake. And in New Zealand, it's nearly quarter to eight and all the little hobbitses are having first breakfast!
