I mean she was so old that she had to have personally experienced the Occupation from the beginning and even remember Bajor as it was before. Plus she's a judge, how did she become that during the Occupation? Was she in some off-world refugee camp like Ro? Did the Cardassian let her practice in some kind of puppet Bajoran judiciary system? So many questions... ;)
