Muggle Awareness Day, they were calling it. All of the teachers and were being encouraged to give up magic for twenty-four hours, and do everything the Muggle way. Or, as Professor McGonagall thought of it, the slow, stupid way. She frowned at the typewriter. How was she supposed to write on this thing? A quill was so much simpler! Gingerly, she pressed a key. It made a happy little clacking noise. She pressed another, then another. The carriage rattled as she started to get the hang of it. The words appeared on the paper... almost as if by magic. Perhaps this wasn't so bad after all.
