Cabbage!

bunnyvon, I finally got around to watching (read: remembered that I borrowed) Mrs Caldicot's Cabbage War, and it was great! Oh, it was so cool!
Everyone should see this film. I mean it. For those not familiar with it, it's about a woman (Pauline Collins) whose husband dies, and whose son packs her off to a rest home so that he can sell her house. But the conditions in the home are really bad and she encourages everyone to rebel! It kicks so much ass. And Frank Middlemass is in it too!
Seriously. Just watch it. Everyone.
That was the second film I saw today - went to see Walk The Line earlier with cadiliniel, bunnyvon, deccaboo and 3_fries_short. It was quite good - I wasn't wowed (sorry cadiliniel :P) but it passed the time ok. Robert Patrick was good! And Reese Witherspoon was cute.
