Trapped in amber, I'm petrified...

I don't know what it is about this week - it seems to be going so slow, and yet really quickly too. For instance, it seems like ages since I met Hannah for lunch, which was on Monday, but it seems not very long since I decided to give up sweets, crisps and chocolate, which was also Monday...
My healthy eating thing is going pretty well. I had tofu for tea! And I'm hardly craving chocolate at all, which is surprising.
I think perhaps the week is going so slowly because I have heaps and heaps of work to do. I have the Chernobyl project to finish, in draft form at least, by tomorrow. On Tuesday I have to lead a seminar on Three Sisters. On Wednesday I have my Ivan the Terrible presentation, since it was supposed to be yesterday but Dobrenko put it off until next week. On Friday I have to hand in a translation, and my Eastern European Societies essay. It just feels like I'm working all the time... even though I'm patently not.
Today I got quite a lot of work done on translating my Pravda articles, but it's such dull work. The texts are so difficult that I have to look up almost every word, so it takes a very long time and is particularly mind-numbing. So I put Voyager on in the background. Channel 5 are showing some of the early episodes that I haven't seen in years, which is fun! Yay Persistence of Vision! Makes me wonder if they planned to follow up the whole Chakotay/B'Elanna thing, because it just seemed to fall by the wayside after that.
TV today was generally cool, actually! I was channel hopping while I was eating my tea and I put Tarzan on, and it had both Mitch Pileggi and Lucy Lawless, so yay, double fun surprise! They both looked really hot - who even cares about Travis Fimmel? Oh, well, maybe I do a bit because he has a nice back, but LUCY LAWLESS AND MITCH PILEGGI!
Then of course ER was on, and, yay, it had lots of Kerry! Her hair is looking so nice lately. I wish she was in more episodes.
God, I'm so fed up of Uni at the moment. I can't wait until summer.
