My stepdad has stolen my network cable, and my other one is too short, so I'm updating from 3_fries_short's computer.
Went to the Faenol Festival on Friday! It was amazing! Catrin Finch was fantastic, especially, and singing the Battle Hymn of the Republic was another highlight.
Tina and Roger came to see me at work yesterday, since they're in town for the festival, and Tina insisted on taking pictures of me working the ice-cream machine, so that was a tad embarrassing, since my supervisor was there at the time, cracking up. But she brought me money and Toblerone, so it's all good. Also, cadiliniel, she brought two copies of that photo she took of us in Wetherspoons, and it came out really nicely!
On Thursday I moved everything in my room all to one side, in anticipation of the electricians needing access to the floorboards on Friday. But they called on Friday to say that they aren't coming until tomorrow, possibly Tyesday, so all of my stuff is in one big pile in the corner and I can't get at anything! It's driving me mad!
