Went to deccaboo's today, hooray! We had lots of fun surfing the net and watching Trek, and figuring out how the deep fat frier worked. She is getting into Stargate a lot more now. Also, we have a plan to manufacture Bill Shatner pop hits by chopping up dialogue from TOS. I think it could totally work.
Claire sent me a letter! And she drew me a picture of Jonathan Creek, so that really made my morning. I miss Claire - can't wait to get back to uni.
Not so much looking forward to the academic side, but there we are. I still have a few weeks to get my German up to scratch, and I'll just let my Russian look after itself for a bit. Sigh.

Well, it was her fryer and not mine, so I'm not really at risk unless I go there for dinner every day...

And yay for my new icon! I was going to put some text on it, but I think just Elizabeth is enough. Have you seen any of S2 yet?

I was a good Decca today, I indeedy watched Lost and am now hooked! And tomorrow I will start reading the SG:1 primer thingy!

Heheh well I'm the wrong one to ask about that, since I feel that - almost without exception - any added text debases the icon picture :P

No S2 here yet, BUT my friend Bekki is burning me a copy of all available-in-shall-we-say-other-countries eps this weekend. Along with all available (as before) Galactica, all available Dead Zone, the whole of Tru Calling (hee, I spent a fortune on best-quality blank DVDs!), SG-1 s8 since I missed some eps...and of course a copy of the Neverwhere DVDs which I bought her for her birthday, so I'll fiiiinally get to see the original Beeb series! Whew :-)
