Culinary:	Sponge cake	It's so yummy... I just can't stop myself. But it has to be perfectly light and fresh. God, I love cake...
Literary:	Old sci-fi	At the moment I'm reading Ringworld by Larry Niven. I love the way stuff like that is futuristic, but dated at the same time. It amuses me.
Audiovisual:	Maggie Smith films	I'm on such a Maggie kick at the moment! I can't get enough. Can't believe I missed Clash of the Titans over Christmas!
Musical:	Power ballads	There's just something about those dreadfully cliche chords, and the rawky voices...
Celebrity:	Maggie Smith and Gillian Anderson	They both RULE and are amazing. I know I'm not supposed to pick two, but how am I supposed to choose between two such amazing actresses?

Having thought some more about this "guilty pleasures" thingy - and having clicked on the link to see what it presented - I'm confuzzled. No, it's not that I don't grok the concept of guilt (hah! - as an ex-Catholic, I've a sodding doctorate-level education in guilt!), and I even sort-of grok the concept of guilty pleasures (in the sense that some things a person might enjoy might be best enjoyed in total secret in case People Who Matter might find in said confessed pleasures a reason for mocking the er um pleasuree...?). But "guilt" as applied to food, books, music? Whaaa? I totally fail to grok that. I have any number of "unfashionable" things that I enjoy, but I've no guilt about them; why should I have? They're my likes! I reserve the right to mock others' likes, and people I respect - I say again, people I respect - are welcome to mock mine (though given my force of personality, what usually happens is that those people either rethink their likes or at least scuttle off with their tails between their legs, muhahahaha).

Tell? Please?

Oh, and I truly don't understand "celebrity guilt". How can one feel guilty about total strangers? Erm, is it a stalker thing, maybe?

Yeah, I don't really get it either. I only did this because I was tagged, and I pretty much did it for my favourites instead of guilts, because I couldn't think of any I was actually guilty about.
Except maybe the cake. Occasionally.

Which reminds me - there's a possibility that my friend mogg is going to bake supposedly real scones at me this afternoon. If so, there shall be a report in my LJ. I'm dead curious to find out if the ghastly not-scones scones of XXXX are a result of merely bad recipes or a doomed end-product of Fourecksian flour. Prolly the former, though, since the breads and pastas here taste fine...
