From what little I know of the weird universe of office jobs, lets me wear what I like and listen to my iPod in the office puts you waaay out on the win front. And you get to work with words of a sort. At least you didn't have to go through as long a writing apprenticeship as I have - forty years of one, disguised as a successful career :P :P :P
